Meihua Quan Seminar Vitality Longevity and Chinese Medicine for the first time in Greece. Shifu Shi Yanjun, the Headmaster of Songshan Shaolin Traditional Wushu Academy, taught a mixed group of students.

The main aim of the seminar was to demonstrate the students the 5 basic stances of Meihua Quan and how they relate to the theory of 5 Elements. Students started the seminar with a internal warm up – Neijia Kung Fu. When students jog they warm up from outside -inside. Using Neijia Kung Fu students learned to warm up from inside-out.

Meihua Quan is the oldest traditional Chinese Martial Art. It has about 3000 years of history and culture. This style is considered the most cultural style of Kung Fu in China. Masters and practitioners enjoy a long life full of vitality. The secret relays on the training which is based on the Yin and Yang theory.

Each of the 5 static positions correspond to an internal organ. Moreover there is a correspondence in the 5 Elements Theory. For example the first position, Da Shi, corresponds to the element Metal and the color white. If someone has weak lungs and large intestine must practice this stance. It you practice correctly, within 3 minutes you start to sweat. To strengthen your lungs you must include in your diet white color foods.
