Meihua Quan, also known as Mui Fa Kuen, Plum Flower Boxing and Plum Blossom Fist, is one of the oldest styles of Gong Fu. It is considered to be the mother of Chinese Martial Arts incorporating cultural elements such as Qigong, Chinese Traditional Medicine, Calligraphy and Feng shui.

In addition, participants will learn the first form and technical applications of the movements. He will also host a class on Qin Na grappling and locking applications, as this style is also descendant of Meihua Quan.
